Shipping Policy
- Standard shipping is free for all orders shipped from our warehouses in the US, UK, and India.
- Delivery times typically range from 6 to 12 business days, depending on the shipping origin and destination. Please allow additional time for customs clearance and carrier delays that are beyond our control.
- Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
- Customers will receive an email with tracking information and estimated delivery dates once the order ships.
- Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend carefully reviewing your delivery address at checkout to avoid delays or misdelivery.

Return & Refund Policy
- We accept returns on all women's clothing items within 365 days of purchase, no questions asked.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.
- Returns can be shipped to any of our warehouses located in the US, UK, or India—customers may choose the most convenient location.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will process refunds minus a 20% restocking fee to cover handling and quality inspections.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a seller error or defective product.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or, at the customer’s preference, as store credit.
- Refunds to store credit are immediate upon receipt and inspection; refunds to the original payment method may take up to 15 business days to process after inspection.
- Returned items that do not meet our return criteria (used, damaged, missing tags/labels) will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
- Customized, personalized, or "final sale" promotional items are not eligible for return or refund.
- We may request photographic evidence of returned items before finalizing the return approval.
- For hygiene reasons, items such as intimate apparel must be tried on over underwear to qualify for returns.
- Customers will be notified via email when their return is received and when a refund or store credit has been issued.
- If you used a payment method that limits refund windows (e.g., PayPal, Afterpay), refunds beyond their time limits will be credited as store credit.
How to Initiate a Return
- To start a return, customers should log into their account on our website and access the "My Orders" section.
- Select the order and items to be returned, fill out the return form including reason for return (optional), and submit.
- A prepaid return shipping label will be provided if eligible.
- Customers are responsible for safely packaging and shipping the items back using the provided label or their own carrier.
- We recommend keeping tracking information for your return shipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please wait 72 hours before contacting support as carriers sometimes mark early.
- Check with neighbors or around your delivery area before reporting a package missing.
- Customers must report missing packages within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- We will assist in filing claims with carriers but are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed.
Warranty and Quality Guarantee
- We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
- This warranty excludes damage from misuse, accidents, normal wear, or improper care.
- Warranty claims must be submitted with photo evidence within the warranty period.
- At our discretion, defective products may be repaired, replaced, or refunded.

- The governing law for disputes will be the jurisdiction where our principal business is located.
